I met a woman in her late thirties while I was managing a silent retreat center and she told me it was the first time in twelve years that she had taken time off work. Not just that, she had been working 7/7 for the last twelve years. She said she didn't know anymore who she was without her job.

Many of us are always in a state of doing. From the moment we wake up until we go to bed. We don't know how to be anymore. And that's why we often feel lost in the world. 

You are the only one who can save you! 


What this course can give you

This course (and retreat) is a gentle undoing process of all the conditioning you carry with you. 

The more layers you can let go of, the more the real You will appear. And the more the real You will appear, the more happiness and peace you will feel. Because those are your natural state of being.

The best way of taking care of yourself is to do whatever is necessary for your own healing. If you don't take care of yourself, you can't be loving to anyone.
